Think of it as a quant analyst you can talk to. It turns a plain-language trade idea into exact, readable entry, exit and risk rules. It runs those rules through the backtester and writes an analysis of the result: strengths, watch-outs, a Health Score and the breakdown behind it. From there it works with you: suggest ideas when you are starting from scratch, develop a rough concept into a full strategy, answer questions about why a backtest behaved the way it did, run deeper analysis on any algo (drawdown periods, regime sensitivity, trade distribution), and make specific changes on request, so asking for a tighter stop or a different regime filter gets you a re-tested draft back. Live alerts then notify you in-platform when your algorithm triggers.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Describe the strategy in plain language and Geek AI drafts the rules, or compose them in the visual rule builder. Either way the rules are shown in readable form so you can audit exactly what the algorithm does.
Does it trade for me?
No. Algorithms generate signals and in-platform alerts; what you do with them is up to you.
What are the starter algos?
Three strategies built directly on GOF signals such as option dealer GEX, volatility-based risk parameters, and refined technical indicators. Each ships with a multi-year backtest and a Geek AI analysis. You can run them as-is, or clone one and edit any rule.
What is the AI Health Score?
A robustness read from Geek AI on a 0 to 100 scale: how much the strategy decays out of sample, how large its trade sample is, whether the edge looks structural or pattern-fit, and how dependent it is on one market regime. A high score is a reason to look closer, not a guarantee.
Are the backtest results real?
They are hypothetical. Backtests run against real historical data net of assumed fees and slippage, but they are not actual trading results. Once alerts are on, the Reality Check compares live signals against the backtest so you can see whether the strategy is behaving as expected.
Can I use GEX or advanced chart pattern recognition in my own rules?
Yes. GOF signals such as net dealer gamma and pattern recognition are available as conditions alongside standard indicators like RSI, moving averages and VWAP.
